For realtors: a system that answers every enquiry and keeps your brokerage happy
Realtors search for help differently from the trades: across Canada, "realtor website" is searched about 590 times a month, "real estate ai" about 390 and "real estate leads" about 320. The average agent spends around $16,000 a year on advertising, so we built a packaged plan that costs a fraction of that and answers the two questions brokerages ask: who approved this, and is the brokerage named.
What realtors search for, across Canada
These are Canada-wide numbers, because realtor demand for marketing help is national and thin in any one city. For comparison, homebuyers in the Calgary area search “realtor calgary” about 18,100 times a month, but a click bids only about $0.55 to $5.
| What people search | Searches a month | Top-of-page bid, CAD | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| realtor website | 590 | — | Canada; 517 in the last three months |
| real estate ai | 390 | — | Canada; includes “ai for real estate” |
| real estate leads | 320 | — | Canada |
| real estate marketing | 260 | — | Canada |
| realtor calgary | 18,100 | $1–$5 | Calgary area; homebuyers looking for an agent; 22,200 in January |
Google Keyword Planner, 12-month averages September 2025 to August 2026, collected October 12 and 13, 2026. Canada-wide unless marked Calgary. Advertising spend figure from Statistics Canada financial performance data for real estate agents and brokers (ISED, 2024 tax year): advertising averages 7.2 percent of revenue, about $16,000 a year.

Every ad
RECA treats our work as your advertising
Under the Real Estate Council of Alberta’s rules, advertising someone does for you is still your responsibility as the licensee, and it has to name your brokerage. Everything we publish goes to your brokerage first.

Listings with a suite
Buyers check the suite registry
The City of Calgary’s Secondary Suite Registry lists suites that have passed permits and inspections. If a listing has a suite, say whether it’s on the registry.

What we run for you, in one plan
A profile and reviews that pass brokerage review
Your Google Business Profile set up with the brokerage name where RECA and your brokerage require it, reviews requested after every closing, and weekly posts your brokerage has pre-approved as a format.
Every enquiry answered and followed up
Listing and buyer enquiries from your website, portal and phone get an answer within a minute from the AI assistant, which says it's an AI, collects the basics (property, timeline, pre-approval), and books a call with you. Follow-ups only to people who agreed on the form.
A fast website and a weekly report
A simple site that loads quickly on a phone, with listing and area pages that get indexed, and a weekly report of enquiries, appointments and sources. Connected to Follow Up Boss or your CRM.
A sample buyer enquiry
In real estate, speed is the whole game: the first agent to respond usually gets the conversation. The assistant answers in the first minute and books time with you.
- Assistant
- Hi, this is the AI assistant for [agent name] at [brokerage], and this call is recorded. Are you calling about a listing or looking to buy?
- Caller
- The condo on 10th Avenue. Is it still available?
- Assistant
- It is. Are you already working with an agent, and do you have a mortgage pre-approval in place?
- Caller
- No agent. Pre-approved up to 450.
- Assistant
- Perfect. [Agent name] has showings Saturday from 1 pm. Would 1:30 work, or would you rather talk first? I can book a 15-minute call this evening.
- Caller
- Saturday 1:30 is good.
- Assistant
- Booked. You'll get a text confirmation with the address and [agent name]'s number, and you'll get a call before Saturday to confirm.

Why the package costs less than the trades plans
A realtor’s advertising budget is smaller and the work is more standardized: one profile, one website pattern, one follow-up script, approved once by the brokerage. That lets us package it at the Starter price. What stays the same is the weekly report and the rule that the AI only answers and follows up with consent.
Pricing for realtors
Realtors get a packaged version of Starter, from $500 a month, built around a brokerage-approved profile, review process and AI follow-up. Teams that want the full website, content and ads system use Growth. All advertising copy goes to your brokerage for approval before it runs.
Starter
$500 per month
Google Business Profile, a review process that follows Google's rules, after-hours call answering by an AI assistant, call tracking and a monthly report.
Owner-run companies that mostly need to stop missing calls and start collecting reviews.
Growth
from $1,500 per month, by scope
Everything in Starter plus local SEO, weekly content and video, 24/7 AI call answering with booking, CRM integration, ads support and a weekly report by lead source.
Companies doing roughly $1.5M+ a year that want the whole lead pipeline run and measured.
Both plans start with a 90-day paid pilot. Prices in CAD, GST extra. Ad spend, if any, is paid to Google directly. Everything that's included.
What realtors ask us
How much does it cost?
The realtor package starts at $500 a month and includes the Google profile, review process, AI answering and follow-up for enquiries, call tracking and a monthly report. Teams can move to Growth ($1,500 to $4,000) for a full website, content, video and ads. 90-day paid pilot, CAD, GST extra. Details on the pricing page.
Will my brokerage approve this?
Everything that counts as advertising under RECA (the Real Estate Council of Alberta) or your provincial regulator is sent to your brokerage before it runs and names the brokerage as required. Third-party advertising is treated as the licensee’s own, which is why we build approval into the process rather than around it.
Does the AI talk to my clients?
It answers enquiries and books time with you. It says it’s an AI at the start, it doesn’t negotiate or give advice on properties, and it follows up only with people who asked for it. You handle the conversation that matters.
Does it work with Follow Up Boss?
Yes. Enquiries, call notes and bookings go into Follow Up Boss (or your CRM) with their source.
Do you work outside Alberta?
Yes, across Canada. The regulatory names change (RECO in Ontario, BCFSA in British Columbia), the approval step doesn’t.
Can I get leads from this?
You get every enquiry you already receive answered within a minute and followed up, plus a profile and website that show up for your name and your areas. We don’t sell leads and we don’t promise a number of them.
