Results, published with permission

We publish a client's numbers only when the client has agreed in writing. Our first client started in late August 2026, and their numbers will appear here once they sign off. Our first pilots with HVAC and plumbing companies start this furnace season, and we'll publish those after 90 days.

What we report for every client

Calls and form leads
answered or missedEvery call and form, after hours included, and how fast each one was answered.
Appointments

Reviews and search positions
dated readingsReviews from the Google profile and average positions from Google Search Console, each with its date.
Jobs won
as the client confirms themThe number that matters most. We only count jobs the client confirms.

Every number in a report comes from the client's own accounts (call records, Google Business Profile, Search Console, the booking calendar) and carries a date.

How we’ll publish results

For each case: where the client started, what we set up, the numbers that moved and the ones that didn’t, and the dates. When a result comes from one client in one niche, we say so, and we don’t present it as typical.

Why we wait for permission

A client’s call volume, leads and revenue are their business information. We ask before we publish any of it, and we name a client only if they want to be named.

Questions about results

Why are there no client numbers here yet?

A client’s numbers belong to the client. We’ll publish our first client’s results once they agree in writing. Until then we’d rather show nothing than show numbers we haven’t been cleared to use.

Will my trade see the same results as another client?

Not necessarily. A plumbing company in Calgary competes for about 4,400 searches a month against companies with hundreds of reviews, while a small niche sees a few dozen. Rankings move at different speeds in each; the phone and the reviews matter in all of them.

When will you have case studies?

We’re starting paid pilots with HVAC and plumbing companies this furnace season. The first will be published after 90 days, with the client’s name if they agree.
