Privacy policy
Alpha Seed Inc. collects as little personal information as it needs to run the free scan, reply to you, and improve this site. This page says what we collect, why, who sees it, and how to change your mind.
Last updated October 13, 2026. This policy covers alphaseed.ca and the forms, phone numbers and email addresses on it. Alpha Seed Inc., 407 9 Ave SE, Calgary, Alberta T2G 2K7, is responsible for the personal information it collects.
What we collect
When you fill in a form: your name, business name, email, phone number (if given), website or Google Maps link (if given), industry, your message, and the consent boxes you ticked, with the time and the page. We also record how you reached the site (referring site, campaign tags) so we know which of our channels work.
When you call a number on this site: the call is recorded after a notice at the start, and we keep the recording, a transcript and the caller ID. Recordings are used to reply to you and to train our assistant on our own calls.
When you browse: we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to see which pages are read and which forms are used. We do not use advertising cookies on this site. Your browser’s “do not track” setting is respected by not loading analytics for that visit.
Why we collect it
To run the free scan and send you the results, to reply to your messages, to book calls you asked for, to send you follow-up messages you agreed to, and to understand which pages and channels bring people here. We don’t sell personal information and we don’t share it with advertisers.
Consent for messages
Every form on this site has a separate box for email follow-ups and, where relevant, for calls or texts, including by an automated assistant that identifies itself as AI. We only send what you ticked. Every email we send carries our name, mailing address and an unsubscribe link, as Canada’s anti-spam law requires. You can withdraw consent at any time by using that link or by emailing us.
Who sees it
Our team, and the service providers we use to run forms, email, phone and analytics (hosting, email delivery, telephony and Google Analytics). They process it on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. Some of these providers store data outside Canada.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and call recordings are kept while we’re in contact with you and for up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted, unless you become a client, in which case they’re kept as part of the client file. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@alphaseed.ca. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes and the new version applies from that date.
